Spring – 6 year old – 16.3hh – KWPN – Placed newcomers in very few outings. Great future prospect.

Gesalme De Beligneux – 16.2hh – 6 year old – Stallion – Gesalme is a superstar of the future. In very few outings he has already won his first foxhunter. He has a massive scopey careful jump. He is graded by zangersheide so is a super prospect for the sport and for breeding.

Belle Lux – 9 year old – 16.1hh – Mare – Endless wins including in the main arena at Hickstead in 2009. She is easy to do in all respects. Ready to go out and win.

Blue has lovely floaty paces and established changes. Snaffle mouthed and is easy to ride. He has schooled over some cross country fences and proving to be talented, brave and quick. Blue would easily make a top eventer or showjumper. He is a true grentlemen in and out of the stable.

Sadly Dandy’s soon to be new owners have had to unexpectedly pull out of the sale due to personal reasons. So he is back on the market once more. We are gutted as they would have offered him a perfect home.

Dandy recently passed a 5 stage vetting with flying colours, and is now available for viewings again. Vetted by Reuben Whitaker at Cinque Port vets.

On another note, we are all very pleased to welcome ‘LS Sporthorses’ to the yard. Lauren and her talented horses are a pleasure to have onsite. Lauren currently has two beautiful Warmbloods for sale here at Green Livery. Lauren has competed internationally with great success and is happy to take on schooling and competition liveries. Lauren is also available for tuition in showjumping and dressage.

Blue is a 4 year old, 16.2hh Dutch Warmblood. He is working well on the flat and over fences. Excellent technique, proving to be bold, scopey and very careful. Snaffle mouth. Jumped a double clear recently at his first show. Will make a top eventer or showjumper.

Caddy is a 16.3hh KWPN with outstanding bloodlines, he is 3 years old. Working well on the flat and over fences, showing very careful jump and huge balanced paces. Will make a top class event horse, dressage star or showjumper.

LS Sporthorses is constantly on the look out for owners who would be interested in purchasing shares in any of our horses so that they can stay with us and be competed and produced further.To continue developing and maintaining the horses competitive careers we hope to build a team of owners and sponsors who are equally passionate and enthusiastic about the sport. Syndicates are a great way for individuals or companies to get involved.

Our separate stallion stables are almost ready. We currently have two spaces available for stallions, and two spaces available for livery of any kind (Sorry no DIY).

Lucky Dandy

Today we received a letter from Dandy’s soon to be new owners. I felt I had to share this as it means an awful lot to us.

”Can I assure you and Dandy’s previous owners that this little horse will be loved, cherished and cared for, wanting for nothing, the quality of his life I will try to make the very best, I can’t want to see him again. Best Wishes”

We always worry when selling a horse, and little gestures like this make all the difference.

Little Dandy passed his 5 stage vetting today with flying colours. He really is a super star pony. If all goes well he will be on his way to his lovely new home in a week or two, once his nice new owners are home from Holiday.

Meet Pharoah, this beautiful horse is one of four welsh stallions rescued from South London by Brownbread Horse Rescue.
Pharaoh and his friends had been kept in total darkness for years with nothing to do and no room to move around.
When Dinty (head of welfare at Brownbread) went in to remove them they could only just stumble out, blinded by the sunlight as they tried to regain use of their wasted limbs. They have now all been treated by the dentist and seen the vet and are slowly on the road to recovery. These brave boys have been prisoners for too long, they may never be able to run out in a field, and are unlikely to be re-homed. Please visit them on the open day, Sunday September 12th 10.30am – 4pm.
